Dr Rowan Kilmartin

Rowan has been in practice since 1978. Together with his wife Judy, Rowan built and developed, over 10 years, a successful small and large animal practice in Gladstone. During that time he obtained a Masters Degree in Animal Chiropractic, and became qualified in Acupuncture.  In 2002 Rowan moved to the Ormeau area where he spent the next four years specialising in chiropractic care and acupuncture and developing a hands-on approach to veterinary care. Together with Judy, he built Animal Options and is now busy running AVCAthe clinic and servicing an equine clientele.
To relax, Rowan enjoys clay target shooting and maintaining their acreage property.

Rowan is President of the Australian Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA),
a member of the Australian Veterinary Association (AVA), and special interest groups Equine Veterinary Association (EVA), Holistic (AHV), and Acupuncture (AVAG).
